COSTR grew from over 25 years of dedicated work in electric motor design and manufacturing.

Our team began on the factory floor, learned from leading international practices, and kept improving when imitation was common elsewhere. That persistence taught us to solve difficult problems and to treat every project with the same rigor, no matter the size.

From mold design and stator core development to winding, insulation, coating, and final assembly, every stage takes place under one roof and is verified through rigorous testing. We use high-performance silicon steel, high-coercivity sintered NdFeB magnets with protective plating, premium high-temperature magnet wire, and CNC machining with tight tolerances and balanced dynamics.
